o.The Genesee Valley Antique Tractor Club was born in 1988 when several owners of elderly tractors decided to get together to see whose pride and joy could pull the most, the furthest. The early pulls were held in a field on the Carl Granger farm in Higgins, NY, near Fillmore. Now the club pulls at various locations, including the Allegany County Fair and Rushford during the Labor Day celebrations. The first few years, an old fashioned stone boat was used as weight, but in 1990 a weight-transfer "sled" was purchased by the club. A semi-tractor was also acquired to transport the "slam. Pleed" to pulls in other areas. Many of these old "iron horses" remind viewers of earlier days on the farm, or of one just like their dad used to own. But painstaking and careful restoration by the owners has been necessary to rebuild engines and bring back a showroom shine! Although the pace of the action might seem slow compared to other activity, we invite you to relax,t yet. cheer them on and enjoy!.
NewsThe Spring meeting was March 30, 2025, in Nunda. There were a lot of members. Doughnuts and coffee were provided by the club. Charlie Baldwin stepped down as president leaving Bob Ayers voted in to be our new president. All other officers stayed the same. There was a vote to change the tire size in Division 2 from 13.6 to 15.5 was 13 yes 15 nays. Size stays as it is. There was also one new #RULE 7 bolt mains allowed on motors on 88"s.

Have to stay in seat no leaning over tires.2.$15.00 for the first hook $5.00 after that ( next year membership will go to $30 single $35 family3.Tachometers are now allowed on all tractorsNo steel lug wheels. Front mounted batteries are allowed in all classes.4. Turbo class speed limit is 10 mph. unless track conditions prohibit it.5.No limitation on certain tractors in certain classes. If you can make weight and tire size, draw bar, wheelie bar ect. rules, you can pull.6. NEW FOR 2024: New class for Division 2 UN CUT tire class. Follows all Division 2 rules. But NO CUT TIRES. Trail basis this year.7. Cross bolts in exhaust turbo tractors for safety measures.
